- Flexibility to handle changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and evolving guest needs. Ability to remain calm and organized during emergencies and implement appropriate protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and employees.
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing the hospitality industry to ensure the hotel operates in compliance with legal requirements.
