

-Monitor and inspect all building systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, lifts, and swimming pools.
-Supervise daily tasks, evaluate performances, and manage shift rosters for the engineering team.
-Develop and execute PM programs to minimize equipment downtime and reduce major breakdown costs.
-Ensure the hotel strictly complies with local safety laws, fire regulations, and environmental standards.
-Track spare parts inventory, monitor operational expenses, and audit energy consumption to reduce utility waste.
-Bachelor’s degree or high vocational certificate (Diploma) in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or related fields.
-2–5 years of engineering experience in the hospitality industry, with proven experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.
-Competency in building management systems (BMS), preventative maintenance software, and technical blueprint reading.
-Strong leadership, practical problem-solving under pressure, and good English communication skills for international hotel chains.
